Art & Scripture, painting #11: Romans 12:2

Art & Scripture

15 Mar

It took me a long time to realize that I didn’t need to fit into whatever expectations the world had of me, that there is true peace, joy and freedom in living according to my identity in Christ. This week, however, I don’t want to make this reflection about me. Instead, I invite you to read the full verse below and think of what does it represent in your life. Are there any areas you would like to know the will of God? And how can you do so?

Do not conform yourselves to the standards of this world, but let God transform you inwardly by a complete change of your mind. Then you will be able to know the will of God—what is good and is pleasing to him and is perfect.
Romans 12:2 (GNT)
